PRE-CONSTRUCTION:

We always recommend that we be invited to engage in the initial design phase of the project as is allows DCW Signature to help the client and design team to determine the project goals, as well as provide valuable feedback on constructability, plan accuracy, scope control, budgeting, and the preliminary scheduling.  This helps our clients maintaining their project goals in the future, and it insures a more efficient project start and overall build process that will be reflected in the overall cost and time savings.   We can provide our clients with consulting services that include design team selection, design management, value engineering, constructability feedback, lender construction package preparation, ROM Budgets, preliminary schedule and phasing, site and material logistics review and planning, cost analysis and budget control.   

NEW CONSTRUCTION:

DCW Signature Homes prides themselves in building custom Luxury Homes in the Los Angeles and Orange County markets.  We have the experience to handle the most unique designs, specialty finishes and amenities, along with expertise in challenging building environments; large estates, hillsides, harbor side with dewatering for sea wall and basement construction, remote and seasonal locations, just to name a few.   Our focus on setting project expectations and goals, open communication, and the team environment set us apart in and gives our clients the confidence and assurance that their project is on the way to a successful completion.

RENOVATION:

Renovating an existing home has more inherent challenges than new construction, but the constant approach of DCW Signature Homes provides the same confidence and assurance that the project will be smooth all the way to completion.  Because of the vast amounts of unknowns that come with a renovation we do as much due diligence, site exploration as needed, and based upon our years of experience we will do our best to make the necessary assumptions in the budget and schedule to handle most anything that can be found once the walls are opened up.
