AGE 5 - BUILDING A DECK WITH HIS GRANDFATHER
David Wavro, President, and founder of DCW Signature Homes hails from the craftsmen rich mid-western town of Kenosha, Wisconsin where his grandfather mentored him in nearly every trade giving him in-depth exposure and experience that fueled his passion for building. During his first year in college however, he felt a strong drive to serve his country; and the decision was made to take a break from his formal education to enlist in the United States Marine Corps. He honorably served 4 years, and then relocated to Southern California to continue pursuing his education and building career.
After an extensive career managing every aspect of a large scale private personal residences and custom home developments, he opened the doors of DCW Signature Homes to better serve his clients, and has continued to build and develop through-out the Orange County and Los Angeles luxury communities.
